I live in Trabuco Canyon near O'Neill park. I'm married, 39 and have 3 kids, ages 13,9 and 6. I am originally from Los Angeles and have lived in O.C. for 5 years. I love exercise. I have belonged to a gym since I was 15. When we moved to the area I joined the Saddleback YMCA. I started working for the Y in childcare and then began teaching group cycling or spin classes for a year. I enjoyed doing that until the end of 1999 when the Lord called me to home school. That is another story and I hope I have the opportunity to get to know some of you and enjoy fellowshipping on the trail. I am not home schooling anymore and not in very good shape right now. I look forward to getting back into shape but struggle with the fine line of not attaching my self esteem to it. Being out of shape has given me the opportunity to accept myself unconditionally, and that's been a lesson. I am going to try and do the Friday ride and look forward to meeting you.
